About the guests

Joelle-Simone Powe  is the director and writer of the upcoming documentary,  Beverley Manley Uncensored. She is an award winning documentarian and writer. In 2021 she was  one of Ignite Caribbean’s “30 Under 30 in the Caribbean” awardees for her advocacy and documentation of Dancehall culture. Her first documentary was Out There Without Fear, a documentary on Jamaica’s Dancehall’s dance. 

Craig Powe is the executive producer of the documentary, Beverley Manley Uncensored. He is the CEO of Adtelligent, the fastest growing digital marketing company in Jamaica. Adtelligent is the producer and distributor of the Beverley Manley Uncensored Documentary. This is Adtelligent’s second documentary project, the first being Out There Without Fear: Jamaica’s Dancehall. 

The first episode of Beverley Manley Uncensored will be released on YouTube on Adtelligent TV’s channel at 3 PM on Sunday, July 31. The second, third, and fourth episodes will be released every Sunday at 3 PM through August 21st. It will be accessible to all.
