With the passage of new Sexual Harassment Bill into law, sexual harassers will soon wake up to a new reality-one in which victims of such actions have clear recourse within the law to ensure that abuse is ended and repercussions are felt.

However, the questions must be asked; who determines what is viewed as abusive?

And are the grey areas of human interaction adequately addressed in the new legislation?
