Severe Human Rights Breaches Exposed By INDECOM Report

Severe human rights breaches exposed by INDECOM’s quarterly report titled “Detained at Pleasure Institutionalized Human Rights Breaches”, it has placed a spotlight on the shocking case of Noel Chambers who was in prison for 40 years before dying without trial.

 To discuss this and other issues around findings of the report we are joined by Ms. Makiedah Messam INDECOM Director of Complaints – Eastern Region and Executive Director at Jamaicans for Justice Rodje Malcolm.
