As Jamaica celebrates 58 years of independence, questions are being raised about just how free Jamaicans are as it relates to self-expression and wearing locks in schools.

In this Panel Discussion, to unravel the legal and cultural implications of the ruling in the controversial locks in school case we are joined by Miguel Lorne Attorney at Law and Cultural Studies Lecturer at UWI Dr. Ajamu Nangwaya.
