The Business Process Outsourcing sector was the first to experience a COVID-19 cluster during the early days of the pandemic. However,  the sector still currently employs 40,000 workers and has shown resilience and growth during one of the harshest business climates in decades.

What lessons can be learned from the sectors handling of the pandemic? How has the sector been able to grow? And does the sector offer the clearest example of a successful work-from-home programme? To discuss, we are joined by the Director and Senior Vice President of the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ) and Country Head of Hinduja Global Services, Anand Biradar. We are also joined by President of the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ), Gloria Henry.
