The recent incidents between members of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) and civilians have raised major concerns about how soldiers interact with community members, which calls into question their training and preparedness for such. Were the altercations and their actions justified? or what sorts of oversight and punitive actions need to be taken if any?
