Russia’s military actions in Ukraine have sparked global unrest with fears that it has the potential to destabilize the region and the global economy. Many Jamaicans were shocked to learn that Jamaican students in Ukraine have now been forced to seek refuge in cities that are under attack. Jamaica along with several western leaders has come out in condemnation of the aggression.
