ILO Warns Of COVID-19 Migrant ‘Crisis Within A Crisis’

The International Labour Organization (ILO )is warning that policies need to be put in place to protect stranded migrant workers and to ensure the reintegration of those who return to their home countries.

Jamaica has already seen the repatriation of thousands of cruise ship workers, but will their jobs still exist after the pandemic?

And what about the farmworkers who have gone overseas and been left stranded as a result of COVID-19?
