The conclusions of a new report published by the Caribbean Policy Research Institute (CAPRI) on the effectiveness of Jamaica’s social safety nets revealed that current practices are paradoxically skewed against those who need it the most. We will explore the findings of this report. To do so we are joined by CAPRI Lead Researcher,  Monique Graham and Reverend Dr. Henley Morgan, Founder, and Chairman for Inner-City Renewal. They will also share with us some suggestions for corrective approaches.
