Function versus form- the discussion surrounding the recently revealed redevelopment of the Devon House courtyard has sparked debate about the removal of much of the greenery in preference of paved surfaces. Some argue that it will provide greater access for the differently abled while others rue the loss of a rare green space in the heart of the capital.
