Sydney Stewart Replaces Michael Belnavis As St. Ann’s Bay Mayor- Jamaica Labour Party Councillor Sydney Stewart has been sworn in as mayor of St Ann’s Bay and Chairman of the St Ann Municipal Corporation.

This follows the resignation of Councillor Michael Belnavis, amid public scrutiny over alleged misconduct and misuse of public funds at the corporation.
