The police in Westmoreland are reporting another win after two of the parish’s wanted men surrendered just before noon on Monday, February 14. The men were on the run following the shooting death of their crony, Andrew ‘Bunny” Hinds who engaged the police during an operation last week. 

The police are appealing to several other wanted men to surrender while they can. DSP Adrian Hamilton of the Westmoreland Police Division is urging other persons of interest to obey the call, as the law enforcement body views the use of deadly force as a last resort.

The officer says this operation will continue until these men are found while giving the names of three more wanted men. More in this report:
