Vybz Kartel’s Lawyer Reported for Fallacious Statements

Vybz Kartel‘s Lawyer has been reported to the General Legal Counsel for Fallacious Statements – Director of Public Prosecution Paula Llewellyn has reported Vybz Kartel’s  Lawyer Isat Buchannan to the General Legal Counsel saying he has disrespected her office.

The Defence Attorney at Law Isat Buchanan who represents dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel, lawfully known as Adidja Palmer has been reported by the Director Of Public Prosecution (DPP) Paula Llewellyn to the general legal counsel for disrespecting the office of the public prosecution with adjectives they believe to be fallacious.

Buchanan says the prosecution team is very deliberate in their actions to continue to violate the constitutional rights of the artiste and that neither he nor the Queen’s Counsel are able to access the subject’s cellphone which they believe has evidence of tampering.

Llewellyn says the terms “dodgy” and “shady” used by Buchanan are reckless and have the potential to make the public question the integrity of the DPP which could be very dangerous.
