On Saturday, at an annual Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner held in Nannyville Gardens, St. Andrew, Councilor for the Vineyard Town Division, Andrew Swaby explained that the flare up of violence in the Mountain View community is having a ripple effect across surrounding areas.
He added that, the dinner for senior citizens was not the ideal setting to discuss the issue of violence in Mountain View, however, it was necessary.
