The Minister of Finance and the Public Sector, Dr Nigel Clarke says the Government will be implementing a number of reform programmes in the Public Sector. One of these includes Human Resource Transformation. The Government is on a mission to reform the public sector. This was disclosed recently by the Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Dr Nigel Carke, who says, the public sector – for years- has existed on a manual human resource system.
Speaking exclusively on CVM LIVE, Dr Clarke added that the Government is moving to implement HR software known as My HR Plus, in the various ministries. This means that employee records will be digitized.
Dr Clarke says this transformation will be beneficial to public sector workers and make their lives easier. The My HR Plus software is already in several ministries and departments.
