As Promised, Training Commences for Crab Circle Vendors in Heroes Circle – In keeping with their promise, the training for the Crab Circle vendors in Heroes Circle, who were embroiled in controversy weeks ago, officially began their job certification and training program yesterday. This initiative is a result of a collaboration between the Kingston Municipal Corporation and HEART Trust NSTA.
