As the world watches on, the future of Haiti remains uncertain following the assassination of the late president.

Reports from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And Foreign Trade, suggest the country remains in a relatively calm state.

Former Ambassador to the United Nations, Curtis Ward while speaking on CVM Live recently says that one of the many problems that Haiti has been facing is constant corruption, and that an investigation into the tragic incident transcends national borders.

Founder and Executive of Free Haiti Movement, Ezili Danto says Haiti desire any foreign interference, however, wants CARICOM to find out who hired the assassinators.
