However, he says when the Zone of Special Operations was introduced there was a lull with the security forces nabbing many criminals while others migrated to other parishes. In recent times fear is beginning to creep back with new attacks. SSP Ellis says two are wanted by the police and three others are persons of interest. He contends resources in policing have helped to reduce murders over time.
