In light of Tesha Miller’s conviction for the 2008 murder of former chairman of the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) Douglas Chambers, the question around increased security measures in St.Catherine surfaced.
However, the St.Catherine police say there hasn’t been any upsurge in violence so far.
If there should be any, they are prepared.
