Streams of effluent are again affecting the business district in Downtown Kingston; despite being fixed mere weeks ago. The people who traverse the streets of Downtown Kingston say they only get temporary ease when sewage trucks clear the backed-up drains. But not long after, the cycle repeats.
Concerns have previously been raised regarding the improper disposal of garbage which contributes heavily to clogged drains. Nonetheless, business operators say these conditions are deplorable, and a breach of their health. Watch the report:
