Relatives Seek Help to Locate Missing Man

The family of a missing Kingston resident is appealing for intervention in locating one of their own, who has been missing for several days now.  As his mother explains his unique circumstances make him more vulnerable to certain dangers.

A family from the Trench Town community is worried about one of their most vulnerable relatives, a man said to be of unsound mind. 34-year-old Oneil Andrew Powell otherwise called ‘guh guh” has been missing since Wednesday, May 31, 2023. His mother Hydel Mclean, told our news team she last saw Oniel at their residence in Arnett Gardens, around noon when he asked her for money to make a purchase.

However, McLean explains, that while he is no stranger to long walks it’s the first time he has not returned home. He was last seen in 5 West Greater Portmore, St Catherine wearing black shorts and black crocs, she adds, he frequents this area because of his brother who was once a resident there.
