Just like patrons, business operators In Montego Bay, St. James are eager for the return of the annual music festival, Reggae Sumfest, set for July. Like many other events, the festival dubbed ‘”The Greatest Reggae Show on Earth” was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One popular businessman tells our news team, the event will no doubt boost sales in Montego Bay. 

Even as the country experiences the 5th wave of the virus, there is some semblance of normality as more and more entertainment events are hosted, particularly the return of reggae Sumfest on July 18 in Catherine Hall, Montego Bay.

Owner of Pier One, Jason Russell, shares only a positive outlook on the highly anticipated summer festival; he has no doubt that the event will boost sales in Montego Bay. Watch the report below:
