The Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) says updating its corporate governance code for 2020 in preparation of the Data Protection Bill is reportedly in its final stage of revision by parliament’s joint select committee.

The PSOJ says the proposed act is expected to revolutionize how businesses handle customer data.
