Protesters Gather to Stop Leasing of Parking Lot in Harbour View
The family-owned Danny’s Marina in Harbour View, Kingston is under threat of closure as plans are in place to build a gas station near the seafood restaurant. Residents take issue with the development adding the business will be occupying the parking lot of the 20-year-old family business. They took to the lot in protest Wednesday.
Owner of the restaurant Danny Davis says the granting of the lease may lead to the closure of his business. More details here:
