Portland Pothole Patcher’s Extortion Case Thrown Out

A Portland man who has devoted 28 years to patching potholes in the parish had charges of extortion and obstructing traffic dismissed Tuesday when he appeared in the Portland Parish Court. Motorists are again imploring the government to recognize him. Watch the full report:
