The Construction of the Montego Bay Perimeter Road Project is expected to begin soon following the passage of the public procurement for the National Development Project Order and Resolution in the Parliament earlier today. The controversial project has been criticized following the Government’s announcement to fast track the procurement process which is expected to cost tens of billions of tax-payers dollars to one construction company.
