‘Be ye warned that harsh penalties will ensue.’ That is the charge by the Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of the area four Police Division, Steve McGregor. His warning to parents and guardians comes as he notes scores of children in the crime-ravaged Cockburn Gardens Area of Kingston remain strangers to the classroom. Watch the report:
