Opposition Spokesperson on Agriculture and Water Lothan Cousins voiced his disappointment at what he says is the mishandling of the water portfolio. He calls out the National Water Commission (NWC) for a lack of accountability amidst a crisis of leadership and highlights the absence of a dedicated minister to the portfolio.
