We welcome you back with a developing story Opposition Leader Mark Golding is disappointed after a bill brought to remove fines and penalties for not using a specialized child restraint seat in public passenger vehicles was allegedly blocked by the governing JLP. 

Golding notes the JLP members used their majority vote to block the bill in the parliament. 

The bill to repeal the use of child restraint systems by public transport operators and the related sanctions, brought by Opposition Leader Mark Golding on Tuesday was struck down. 

Golding says the government members used their majority vote to ensure the bill aimed at providing restive transport operators hope was blocked. He says it would also remove any demerit associated with the offense or charge. Watch the report:
