It is been 3 weeks since ‘Operation Restore Paradise’ commenced in Montego Bay, St. James and it has been reaping great benefits. Head of the St. James Police Division Senior Superintendent Vernon Ellis says the police have taken control of illegal vending and indiscipline among taxi operators.
