Chairman of the Constituency Development Fund Committee, CDF, Juliet Holness has moved to impose strict measures for Members of Parliament who refuse to consult with their constituents to gain project approval from the CDF. This as the head of the CDF told the committee Tuesday that several MPs are yet to schedule or meet for their biennial consultations so their special projects can be approved for the constituents.
