In an early morning operation in Mountain View, reportedly aimed at apprehending Demar ‘Baby Killa’ Williams and an escapee from the Black River Lock-Up, another man was fatally wounded, and a member of the Jamaica Defence Force sustained injuries. According to the police statement to CVM News, the deceased individual is suspected to be an associate of the escapee. However, residents of Mountain View offer a conflicting narrative, alleging that when they attempted to voice their concerns, they were met with aggression from law enforcement officers.
