The Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency MOCA, is increasing pressure on corrupt public officials and high level criminals by partnering with Crime Stop to launch the MOCA tip line. Director of Communications at MOCA Major Basil Jarrett tells CVM Live the MOCA tip line is the result of nearly a year and a half of research and planning to ensure that the line is not only operationally sound but also effective in delivering it is mandate. With regard to the safety of the line, Major Jarrett explains the channel is secured and protects the identity of individuals. Additionally, Major Jarrett says the tip line will be a game changer in Jamaica and is encouraging the public to not be hesitant in reporting corruption.
