Mikael Phillips: JUTC Facing Possible Shut Down Due to Bankruptcy

According to the Opposition Spokesman on Transport, Mikael Phillips, the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) is facing a possible shutdown due to bankruptcy and poor policy.  Phillips says the company is unable to cover its own expenses. He is calling on the government to work with stakeholders to take a different approach to save the company.
