Following the Integrity Commission’s suggestion of impropriety against Prime Minister Andrew Holness, former Deputy Chairman of the FLA Dennis Meadows says he feels vindicated from the Agency’s prior accusations against him.

Meadows also questions all reports prior to those made against the Prime Minister. Though he admits the situation is unfortunate, he insists what happened to the Prime Minister is God’s doing, and a sign of the Commission’s lack of integrity. He references his personal defamation, regarding the Integrity Commission’s investigation into the issuance of questionable gun licenses under his watch at the FLA, a probe that precedes his resignation from the post.

Meadows believes the Director of Investigation has no business in law and is acting beyond his remit.
