Opposition Leader Mark Golding was nominated for the post of President at the People’s National Party‘s (PNP) Headquarters on Old Hope Road, St. Andrew. So far, he is the sole candidate for the post. Golding says he did not expect any challenges, stressing that he has the full support of everyone.
So far, the vice-president nominees are Senator Donna Scott-Mottley, Ian Hayles, Spanish Town Mayor Norman Scott, and Mikael Phillips who resigned from the position last year. Nominations continue until Friday, July 8. Watch the full report below:
