The Kingston and St. Andrew municipal corporation says it will be blacklisting promoters who disregard the law by hosting events without obtaining the necessary permits.
The KSAC says it has received reports of several unlawful events that were hosted over the Christmas period in the corporate area as well as posters for events for the New Year without being approved by the municipality.
