Appeal before the UK Privy Counsel is still Active. Reports that the appeal has been refused are inaccurate.
The false reports apparently stem from a misunderstanding of orders made refusing application for further Grounds of appeal.
The Jamaican Court of Appeal granted leave to appeal in 2020; those grounds will be heard in the substantive appeal soon.
