The Jamaica Youth Advocacy Network (JYAN) warns against Jail Block usage at Rio Cobre after Armadale tragedy. An incident that according to the advocacy group bears an eerie resemblance to the lockdown at Armadale. Fortunately, that child did not suffer the same fate.
