Come July 27, Jamaica will have a private sector capability dedicated to testing high-touch surfaces and air for Covid-19.
This COVID-19 resilience support centre is being set up in Kingston by Technological Solutions Limited ( TSL) and Biomerieux, subsidiary, Invisible Sentinel headquartered in France.
On Thursday both entities signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This comes on the heels of the President of the Medical Association of Jamaica, Dr. Andrew Manning urging the government to engage the private sector to increase the country’s testing capacity.
