Inmates engage in hunger strike: The Independent Commission of Investigation (INDECOM) has launched an investigation to determine whether any abuse, assault occasioning bodily harm took place at the St. Catherine Adult Facility and to examine the nature and extent of a hunger strike that is said to have taken place at the facility.
