The St. Ann Health Department is investigating the extent of a possible cross-contamination of fluids from an illegal slaughterhouse and an illegal beverage business that were operating in close proximity to each other.
This after a child died after drinking juice from the owners. The medical officers say at least three people have been hospitalized and several others ill from a community in Discovery Bay, St. Ann.
