The Hunts Bay Police say they believe Ricardo Richards otherwise called Kaka, is linked to a shooting incident in Brownsland, Two Miles on Sunday. Richards shot and injured a police officer, before escaping custody at the National Chest Hospital. He has been on the run since Friday.
