Human Skull & Dismembered Body Parts Found

The St. Catherine South Police are probing the discovery of a human skull and dismembered body parts suspected to be that of a male, in Zambia, Central Village on Thursday.

Residents reported smelling a foul odor and summoned the police. Scene of Crime Investigators were called to the Zambia community after residents discovered a human skull and dismembered body parts believed to be that of a man, in separate locations.

Police say the human remains, some of which were wrapped in plastic, were scattered across three properties and some parts were found near a sign that says “Welcome to Zambia”

A resident, who spoke to our news team anonymously, is of the view that this gruesome discovery will not be the last. The resident says the fear level within the community has risen tremendously. Since the start of the year up to April 5, the St. Catherine south police division recorded 24 murders, 15 less when compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

It’s however uncertain if the dismembered victim was killed in the area, as investigations are ongoing.
