Gov’t Set to Invest Billions in Portland Water Supply

In the wake of CVM LIVE’s recent report of residents in Portland demanding the attention of authorities to address the ongoing water crises, Government Representatives have revealed that significant investment is set to alleviate the issue. 

The government in response, is set to invest an additional ten million dollars to increase trucking of potable water. Minister without portfolio with responsibility for Water, Matthew Samuda adds the government is committed to investing in the parish and resolving these longstanding issues. The development of wells in the parish is also afoot, at a cost of over 3.9 billion dollars.
