Opposition Leader Mark Golding has shuffled his cabinet with notable changes to education and local government. Golding has also chosen Senator Donna Scott-Mottley and former leader of Opposition Business in the lower house, Anthony Hylton as the representatives on the government’s constitutional reform committee.

The restructuring of the shadow cabinet sees Senator Damion Crawford as the new spokesperson on education and training while Dr. Angela Browne-burke now covers Labour and Social Security.

In her return, Member of Parliament for St. Catherine North Central, Natalie Neita-Garvey is now the spokesperson on Local Government, Community Development, and Sports as well as Deputy Leader of Opposition Business in the Lower House.

Political Commentator, Sandre Rhoden while weighing in, does not agree with Neita-Gravey taking over from Denise Daley who is now spokesperson on Gender, Culture & Social Transformation.

On the other hand, he believes Crawford being moved to education might have been the best switch.

Also of note, Is Phillip Paulwell returning as leader of opposition business in the house of representatives, replacing Anthony Hylton. More details in the report below:
