A day after the Financial Services Commission (FSC) failed at a media briefing to provide transparency and updates on the unprecedented fraud at Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke announced the resignation of the FSC’s Executive Director, Everton Mcfarlane. The Minister says he will be seconded to the FSC until further notice. This was followed by a promise of more to come by next week. The Finance Minister was addressing stakeholders and security guards in Kingston Thursday.
