Former Senior Superintendent James Forbes is officially back with Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). The much-heralded crime fighter made his return to where he once called office almost ten (10) years ago and was well received. However his future in the JCF may be short-lived.

The Former Senior Superintendent who was wrongfully convicted of perverting the course of justice in May 2014, for an incident that took place in 2012, paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner’s office on Wednesday, July 28. In a very touching message he encouraged police personnel in the Communications Department to continue to do the good work.

He is delighted to see how much the force and the building have developed.

Head of Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay and Senior Communications Strategist Dennis Brooks shared the impact James Forbes had on their profession while hoping that he will continue to be a great asset to the force. SSP Lindsay shared that Forbes is an impeccable officer and one with integrity and that she is happy that he is back.

When asked if he will be working with the constabulary in the future, Forbes explained that he is always available to offer counsel, support, and advice to ensure that the country is properly served.
