Hanover residents were left broken with grief following the chopping death of 23-year-old security officer Shaunda Rhule, in her shared residence. They say the security forces are failing and call for divine intervention.
According to police reports the now-deceased who lived in a two-bedroom house with other tenants was in her room when she was chopped to death. Upon police arrival, Rhule was seen on her back on the ground with multiple chop wounds.
One resident tells CVM LIVE the country is in dire need of divine intervention. Another resident who knew Rhule, expressed shock and disbelief to our news team noting she saw her recently. Watch it here:
