A fatal car crash has left one dead and three others in critical condition on the Spanish Town Toll Road heading towards Linstead.
Police say the accident happened as a result of the car losing control. Residents who aided in getting the occupants of the vehicle told CVM LIVE what they witnessed on the scene.
